SHAMPOO: Apply to wet hair and work into a lather, massaging into scalp. Rinse clean and follow with Conditioner.

CONDITIONER: After shampooing, apply to hair from root to tip, massaging into scalp. Leave on for 1-2 minutes and rinse clean.
