Shipping & Returns




All orders over $75 (after discounts and prior to applicable taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout prior to order completion. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered options for shipping methods.

For Expedited 1 Day and 2 Day Shipping, orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped and delivered according to business days and holiday schedules.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days and arrive to you in 5-7 days after fulfillment.  Please note this timeframe can vary slightly during peak times and is subject to carrier delays.

Once your order is processed for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to track your order.  All orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

We currently only ship within the U.S. and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.  Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS and may take up to 3-5 weeks for delivery. Additional Expedited shipping options for these locations are not currently available.

All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday with the exception of the following holidays:

If your order is lost or arrives to you damaged, please contact us at with the following information:

  • Damaged or Lost items (if damaged, please identify the type of damage)



We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!  If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased on, we are happy to assist you in returning your products for a full refund within 365 days of purchase.  To initiate a return, please contact us at or 877-55-PHILS with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Products being returned
  • Reason for return

 We will provide a prepaid shipping label that can be used to return your products.  Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.  The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
